In recent years, people have been playing safe with chocolate. Brats Chocolate was on a mission to distinguish itself as ‘Chocolate with an Edge’. The process included wild ingredients, insane combinations, and intriguing experiments. When we discovered that winning combination, it was the crème de la crème of taste! Brats Chocolate was founded in 2000 and the company has already produced over 20 different to-die-for new chocolate flavours, such as dark chocolate sponge toffees, decadent chocolate covered smores, exquisite toffee chews and so many others. We plan to continue to grow our taste palates and excitedly await the new flavours in the future of Brats Chocolate!
